Her Orange Sweater

I have the most beautiful friends and they have beautiful clothes!
On my recent trip to Australia, I really didn’t need to pack too many clothes at all. Between my besties designer labels, my sister’s online clothing store and my younger brother’s cool graphic tee’s my wardrobe was set.
This post however is all about my friend’s gorgeous orange knit sweater. I must admit, orange is not a colour I naturally gravitate towards for myself. But it must have got me on a daring day because by the end of our month there I wasn’t ready to give it back…

I love versatile pieces, who doesn’t?! And this bold sweater was just that!
My first look paired this sweater with a black leather mini, chunky black zip heels, a designer inspired purse and layered accessories. This outfit took me from church, to a birthday lunch and back out to dinner all in one day.

The dressed down casual day look was simply made from my favourite high waist Levi’s, comfy leopard flats, and mixed metal accessories. This was a perfect outfit to wear while visiting some of our favourite places and travelling from one side of Sydney to the other.

Hope you enjoyed and were inspired by just two of the ways I styled this cosy trans-seasonal knit. Get creative and look beyond your own wardrobe for style fun. Be bold, be daring, be different. X
